Review of National Convention Bessie Schiroky was elected to PNAA executive board.
Audrey Godoy accepted the vice chair of the AP nurse committee.
Suzy Hussey will serve on the Human Rights committee. Members are encouraged to serve at national level. Audrey Godoy Ongoing
Membership New member Donna Castilla at meeting was welcomed. All new members will be inducted at anniversary ball on September 8, 2012. Bessie Schiroky Membership committee will continue to look for new members. Ongoing
Treasurer Report was sent by Nicette Bondi. PNAO will transfer $7000 to PNAOF to fund national convention by opening a special account. Pina Deleon and Linda Gonzales will meet at PNC bank to make transaction. PNAO will continue to transfer ways and means efforts to PNAOF. Ongoing
PNAOF Financial Report is needed from Evan Galizio, treasurer PNAOF, on final tally of April fundraiser. Rose Sexton will contact Evan Galizio. Rose Sexton September 1, 2012

Anniversary Ball Mary Prieta and Flor Coyne to MC. Abby Villeroy will be asked to sing. Elsie Obias will be asked to do Invocation. Speeches by Audrey Godoy and Pina Deleon will occur prior to dinner. After dinner entertainment will be piano playing by Ditas Obias grandson, dance by Hula Fusion, and singing by Abby Villeroy. A 50/50 raffle will be coordinated by new members Ninette, Donna, and Gigi. Rose will work on decorations. Tickets are on sale for $50. Meal will be either steak or fish. PNAOF Fundraiser We will need volunteers to man the coffee booth at the Lake County Fairgrounds on Labor Day weekend. Half of the booths proceeds will go to PNAOF. Three hour shifts are the time commitment. Flor Coyne and Rose Sexton will coordinate. Rose Sexton August 31, 2012
